We Love to Travel!

In November 1999, I had the opportunity to visit Mexico City for 6 days with a close friend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The Mural above depicts the important people in the history of Mexico. We also visited the Museum of Anthropolgy, the Pyramids and a FIFe cat show - and in between we enjoyed the fantastic food at various Mexican restaurants and the shopping opportunities!

The infamous "beetle" taxis!

The Flying Indians perform outside the Museum of Anthropology and four of them descend slowly using ropes tied around their bodies.

The rope is wrapped around one foot which makes them descend upside down.

The Museum of Anthropology

This museum contains artifacts unearthed from the ruins of the Inca, Aztec and Mayan cultures that inhabited Mexico.
