The Notes Builder Website
A friend and co-worker have built this piece of software that is being used by our emloyer. While the technology is a bit (OK.....way beyond me) I can tell you that if this is something you could use, you should contact them.

Many organisations are moving to web-based content management systems within their daily business practices. Pre-built content management systems often do not provide specific enough fields for entered information, leaving note taking, and writing styles inconsistent. This lack of specificity, can lead to the need for updates to base software. Often, this need can not be answered due to high expense, or separated business units that operate under differing mangement or control.

I used this site when looking for a basic website template that I could use, and build from. I would recommend you go to this site if you need a template that you can then change and add on to at your leisure, depending on your own abilities.

Animated GIF Archive
This site is a good resource for GIFs, if you need them for web pages or just to liven up documents or emails. Most are posted as being royalty free, but you should check before using them.
