Computan - Developers for Marketers
Big milestones, meaningful initiatives, and a lot of moments that reminded us why people come first here. Here's a look back at some highlights that made this year special.
Sajeel's annual Lahore visit has become a tradition, and 2025 was no different. From reconnecting with the team to team dinners and our annual Gala, it was a great reminder that in-person moments still matter. Lots of conversations, laughter, and shared wins.
Logging time isn't glamorous, but consistency deserves recognition. This year, we introduced the Timesheet Tycoon Awards to appreciate the folks who diligently logged their hours on our internal time-tracking tool.
Our WFO initiative is officially a hit. Every month, we invite one team to work from the office collaborating face-to-face, exchanging ideas, and actually meeting teammates beyond Slack profiles. The energy, alignment, and outcomes have been worth it every single time.
20 years. Let that sink in.
Muhammad Nasir completing two decades with Computan is a huge milestone and a powerful example of loyalty, growth, and long-term impact. Truly inspiring.
Hiring Joe Jerome as our Chief Revenue Officer was a major move for us. This is a role we've never had before, and bringing in Joe marks an exciting new chapter in how we think about revenue, operations, and scale.
This year, RevOps 500 Podcast went fully in-house. From guest outreach and scheduling to interviews and releases the team handled it all. Sajeel hosted the conversations, and we proudly released 15 episodes in 2025. Big learning, big execution.

To wrap up the year on a high note, we're sponsoring a team trip, round trip to Murree & Nathia Gali. Because after a year of hard work, the team deserves fresh air, great views, and well-earned downtime.
Our integrations team crossed a massive milestone: 100+ integrations completed this year. That's a lot of systems talking to each other, and we're only getting started. More coming in 2026.
We proudly sponsored Inbound for the 10th straight year, and 2025 brought strong footfall and great conversations.
And a special shoutout to Zark, who interviewed 26 people over 3 days at Inbound capturing insights, stories, and perspectives straight from the event floor. Pure hustle.

This year, we welcomed 12 new team members across Nigeria, Pakistan, and the United States.
Different time zones, cultures, and perspectives one shared mission. Watching our team grow globally has strengthened how we collaborate, think, and execute. More voices at the table, more ideas in motion, and more impact together.
Partnering with Remote.com has enabled us to streamline global hiring, ensure compliance, and provide our team with world-class benefits no matter where they are.
Profoundly has been instrumental in helping us build a stronger workplace culture through meaningful engagement tools and insights that keep our team connected.
2025 wasn't all wins and confetti. We had our share of facepalm moments too. Here are a few things we're owning (and learning from):
Overcommitting on timelines: We bit off more than we could chew on a few projects. Lesson learned: realistic planning beats optimistic guessing.
Communication gaps: Some updates got lost in translation between teams. We're fixing this with better documentation and more structured check-ins.
Process over people: A few times, we let process slow us down instead of empowering the team. Adjustments made.
Not celebrating small wins enough: We were so focused on big milestones that we sometimes missed the smaller victories worth recognizing.
Inconsistent WFO attendance: While the initiative was great, getting consistent participation was a challenge. We're working on better scheduling and incentives.
None of these define us - but every one of them taught us something. And if there's one thing we're good at, it's bouncing back smarter.
2025 was a year of growth, grit, and gratitude. As we step into 2026, we're carrying forward the lessons learned, the wins celebrated, and the momentum built. Here's to more milestones, more meaningful work, and more reasons to be proud.
Thank you to everyone who made 2025 special. Let's make 2026 even better.
