2025: A Year of
People, Progress
& Proud Moments

Big milestones, meaningful initiatives, and a lot of moments that reminded us why people come first here.
Here's a look back at some highlights that made this year special.
2025

Gave Us Plenty To Celebrate

From our Annual Gala to team wins across the board, 2025 was packed with moments worth remembering.

01

Sajeel's Pakistan Visit

Sajeel's annual Lahore visit has become a tradition, and 2025 was no different. From reconnecting with the team to team dinners and our annual Gala, it was a great reminder that in-person moments still matter. Lots of conversations, laughter, and shared wins.

02

Timesheet Tycoon Awards

Logging time isn't glamorous, but consistency deserves recognition. This year, we introduced the Timesheet Tycoon Awards to appreciate the folks who diligently logged their hours on our internal time-tracking tool. Small habit, big impact—and well earned applause.

Work From Office (WFO) Initiative

Our WFO initiative is officially a hit. Every month, we invite one team to work from the office—collaborating face-to-face, exchanging ideas, and actually meeting teammates beyond Slack profiles. The energy, alignment, and outcomes have been worth it every single time.

Big Company Milestones

20 Years

Muhammad Nasir's 20 Years at Computan

20 years. Let that sink in. Muhammad Nasir completing two decades with Computan is a huge milestone and a powerful example of loyalty, growth, and long-term impact. Truly inspiring.

Welcoming "Triple J" – Joe Jerome

Hiring Joe Jerome as our Chief Revenue Officer was a major move for us. This is a role we've never had before, and bringing in Joe marks an exciting new chapter in how we think about revenue, operations, and scale.

RevOps 500 Podcast – Season 2 (All In-House!)

This year, RevOps 500 Podcast went fully in-house. From guest outreach and scheduling to interviews and releases—the team handled it all. Sajeel hosted the conversations, and we proudly released 15 episodes in 2025. Big learning, big execution.

Company-Sponsored Year-End Trip

To wrap up the year on a high note, we're sponsoring a team trip—round trip to Murree & Nathia Gali. Because after a year of hard work, the team deserves fresh air, great views, and well-earned downtime.

100+

Integrations in 2025

Our integrations team crossed a massive milestone: 100+ integrations completed this year. That's a lot of systems talking to each other, and we're only getting started. More coming in 2026.

Special Inbound Highlights

We proudly sponsored Inbound for the 10th straight year, and 2025 brought strong footfall and great conversations. And a special shoutout to Zark, who interviewed 26 people over 3 days at Inbound—capturing insights, stories, and perspectives straight from the event floor. Pure hustle.

Growing Across Borders

This year, we welcomed 12 new team members across Nigeria, Pakistan, and the United States. Different time zones, cultures, and perspectives—one shared mission. Watching our team grow globally has strengthened how we collaborate, think, and execute. More voices at the table, more ideas in motion, and more impact together.

07

Partners In Progress

Remote.com was easily one of the most exciting projects we worked on this year. It was fast-paced, high-volume, and constantly evolving. We supported everything from website updates and content migrations to country-specific pages, optimizations, and HubSpot-related work. The tasks kept coming, timelines were tight, and the collaboration was solid throughout. It felt less like a one-off project and more like an ongoing partnership.

Profoundly was one of those projects where we really got to flex our problem-solving muscles. We built a custom app from the ground up and hooked it seamlessly into HubSpot, making sure everything talked to each other the way it should. Fewer workarounds, cleaner data, and a setup that actually makes day-to-day work easier. Projects like this are always fun and super satisfying to ship.

Misfires of 2025

2025 wasn't all wins and confetti. We had our share of facepalm moments too. Here are a few things we're owning (and learning from):

1
Some hires didn't work out—for them or for us. Tough calls, but necessary lessons in hiring better and onboarding smarter.
2
We accidentally referenced a project that was meant to be private-label—a reminder that details matter a lot.
3
Yes, we forgot to invoice a few client hours—because sometimes being busy isn't the same as being organized.
4
Zark deserved more time—creativity needs breathing room, and we didn't give it enough.
5
We missed communicating a holiday to the team—and that one's fully on us.
None of these define us—but every one of them taught us something. And if there's one thing we're committed to, it's doing better, not pretending we were perfect.

Looking Ahead

2025 reminded us that growth isn't just numbers—it's people, processes, partnerships, and moments that bring teams closer.

Here's to carrying this momentum into the year ahead.
