What Is Something Interesting About You?

I played a lot of tennis growing up, played a few musical instruments in a below-average way, and thought backyard wrestling was fun in high school. I have an exciting relationship with ice cream.

What are some things you are proud of but shouldn’t be?

I've never been to jail or robbed a bank. That makes filing Government paperwork easy. I have never drunk coffee or tea (for financial reasons!), but I will drive up to 2 hours for a delicious ice cream cone.

What are some things you should be embarrassed about, but aren’t?

I only wore jeans once. I was 22 years old, and the first day I wore jeans, several people remarked that they had never seen me wear them before. I learned to tie my shoes very late in life and miss velcro straps.

What are you really good at?

I am known for showing up for work daily and telling bad jokes. I am resilient enough not to take it personally when people say my jokes are bad.

What are you trying to improve at?

Honestly, there are too many things I'm trying to get better at. Trying to get better at thinking 'big picture' and long-term, trying to get better about using social media, figuring out how cameras work, and telling better jokes are technical things I'm working on. Generally, overall though, I'm just trying to improve my ability to be a person you'd wave to if you saw them on the street.

What are some other things the Internet should know about you?

I eat every day. On the days that I exercise, I tend to eat more. I guess the Internet should know that.
