Project Manager - Backend Integrations & Ecommerce
Before starting my Project Manager career, I sold office supplies. When I was 17, I saved my daily bus money and completed my first order of paper supplies, which was an urgent request. I was like a lifesaver for many offices because whenever they shot me an urgent request to buy something after getting a 'no' from their usual suppliers, I would find it and get it for them. I took that as a challenge and provided what they needed right on their doorstep. That job taught me to manage time, budget, expectations, and negotiating skills.
I escaped highway traffic police while speeding. Twice.
Whenever I forget someone's name right after they tell it to me, I wait for someone else to say it so I remember it.
I am good at motivating people. Everyone has a different level of personal motivation, but I am good at knowing people on a personal level, which helps me motivate them in a good way.
I am improving myself in dealing with conflicts. I am eager to learn new techniques in conflict resolution to resolve issues between people.
