This is a great way to ensure that your branding is consistent and your strategy runs as smoothly as possible. You can still use the template options even if you know little about coding or HTML. There are some options when adding a custom email template to HubSpot. It will all depend on whether or not you have a code to input. **The HubSpot Email Template Builder ** Go to the Content tab and select Design Manager from the drop-down menu. There, you will see a New Template button, which will bring you to a menu where you can choose Builder Template and Email. Give your template a recognizable name, and then you can start customizing each module in the email. **Using an HTML Code ** If you’ve built your custom email template in HTML, all you have to do is paste that HTML into HubSpot’s Design Manager under the Content tab. When you open Design Manager, you will see a Code Editor and an Email option. Once those options are highlighted, follow the on-screen instructions to copy and paste your HTML code. **A Few Things to Remember ** Don’t forget to share your templates with the rest of your team by clicking the Shared option in the top right corner or the Edit Template section. You can also add custom modules in HubSpot to your custom code by using the HubL Reference button in Design Manager.
