The second lesson is “The Team Lesson.” Scrutinize new ideas when they come in.  Move them around, see what different people think, argue with people about it, and get different people together to explore different aspects of it quietly.  Just explore! The third lesson, we learn from Jobs is “The Perseverance Lesson.” Jobs was convinced that about half of what separates successful entrepreneurs from non-successful ones is pure perseverance, and this is a requisite skill of all effective leaders. Perseverance is the best lesson to learn for any job, but even most vital for a job in the world of social media or digital marketing because change happens quick.  Plus you need to try many different tactics because you rightfully don't know what will or won't resonate with your audience to get the content engagement you want.
