When you integrate QuickBooks with HubSpot, you can streamline your payment and billing processes, gain a complete view of your customers, and maintain accurate financial records.

HubSpot QB Sync

A two-way integration between HubSpot and QuickBooks is available. Whether products, customers, invoices, or payments are created in QuickBooks or HubSpot, the integration allows you to view all data points within HubSpot. Based on this data, you can generate reports and create automations and workflows inside your HubSpot CRM to make better use of the information.

QuickBooks HubSpot Two-way Integration

HubSpot Commerce Hub offers features like invoices, quotes, payment links, and subscriptions to help you bill and collect payments. The two-way sync allows you to create HubSpot invoices in QuickBooks Online within minutes, and payments sync automatically regardless of whether they are collected via QuickBooks or HubSpot.

Easily sync your HubSpot and QuickBooks Online data without the stress

Whether it's contacts, invoices, or products, you can sync them both ways between HubSpot and QuickBooks. Flexible sync filters let you control exactly what gets synced, when, and how.

Syncing QuickBooks Objects with HubSpotMake billing easier and keep QuickBooks in the loop

Turn HubSpot quotes or deals into invoices and subscriptions with just a few clicks—or create new invoices from scratch. Once published, invoices automatically sync to QuickBooks Online. If a payment is received through HubSpot or logged in QuickBooks, it updates accordingly.

Stay on top of things with smart sync reporting

Get clear, real-time insights into what's syncing and what's not. If something goes wrong, error reports will guide you on what needs to be fixed.

Limitations of the HubSpot QuickBooks Integration

If invoices are created in HubSpot, some fields may not be editable in QuickBooks, such as pricing, tax information, line items (e.g., service dates), or payment records.

If you want to charge tax on invoices, they must be created in QuickBooks. HubSpot-generated invoices currently do not support tax charges.

QuickBooks Online is not available in all countries and has a more limited reach compared to HubSpot. For example, QuickBooks recently discontinued services in India. Therefore, if you process transactions in India, you may not be able to use the full features of this integration.
