Running your eCommerce store on HubSpot is not a distant dream. Of course, it is possible with integrations. SaaS product developers are jumping in with new and improved tools so you can successfully run your online store on HubSpot website. Physical goods, digital goods, subscriptions model website, sell anything from your HubSpot website. And, when there are monetary transactions involved, you need a secured payment gateway for a safe and smooth buying experience for your customers.

Luckily, some of the leading payment gateway and eCommerce management tools have made their APIs available for HubSpot integration. Having these payment gateways integrate into your eCommerce website gives it the right push toward secure payment collection.

Stripe

Stripe accepts 135 currencies and can be used in 25+ countries, making it one of the best choices for online stores delivering in multiple countries. When you put Stripe on your website to receive payments, your website visitors will be able to fill in their credit card details to make the payment during the checkout. The credit card option with Stripe comes without any extra cost. You can even customize the payment gateway's look and feel, matching your website color theme.

HubSpot offers a native quote feature where the marketers can send a price quote of the service or the product. With Stripe integrated into HubSpot, they can receive payments against those quotes as well. When the payment is made, HubSpot updates the contact list parameter as customers, similar to customers in Stripe. You can even use Spiffy to integrate Stripe with HubSpot. Doing it with Spiffy has more advantages. Stripe passes all the sales data to HubSpot, triggering purchase automation such as starting a workflow and creating a task, creating and adding a list, and creating a deal, among other purchase level automation.

HubSpot-Stripe is bidirectional integration. However, you can even set it up to be unidirectional—no need to manually import anything from HubSpot to Stripe or vice versa. When contact fields or data are updated in one of the tools, the info gets updated in the second tool.

Paypal

Paypal is one of the most popular payment gateways in the world. It has over 150 million active accounts. It's more than a payment gateway. Paypal has a wallet system that allows you to connect all your credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts to one place, so when you don't make a purchase online, you can do it through your Paypal wallet and source (credit cards and bank accounts).

Whatever the transaction type, all your sources are secured in PayPal wallet. They are never revealed. It only requires your name, email address, or in some cases, shipping address. That's why people love it. When they are buying things from multiple websites, they don't have to share their credit card or debit card details with every website. A simple PayPal wallet will do the work. And that's why you need to make the payment with Paypal option available on your HubSpot website. Paypal offers multiple products for accepting payments, such as Paypal Express Checkout, Payment Pro Payflow, Paypal Plus, and Paypal Here.

It is, however, strange to see that there's no direct way to integrate Paypal with HubSpot. For such situations, you need a connector such a Zapier, Automate.io, and LeadsBridge. All three offer options to integrate your Paypal with HubSpot.

Connectors are also called middleware that makes those integrations possible which are not available by default.

The connectors sit between the two APIs, or you can say, and the ends of the connectors are APIs. The connectors receive data from one app/solution and process it to make it understandable and accessible in the other app/solution, regardless of whether any direct form of integration was available in the two apps/solutions.

With HubSpot Paypal integration, you can add a Paypal button on your HubSpot website and receive payments within clicks. Buyers have to fill in their name and email, and they are redirected to Paypal dialog box for secured payment. Paypal also sends invoices with your logo to your customers. One-time payments, recurring payments, subscriptions, and memberships are all possible via Paypal.

Xero

Accounting-Software-–-Do-Beautiful-Business-Xero

Xero is the world's leading accounting software built for small and medium businesses. Finance officers and businessmen get instant access to their financial data anytime and on any device. You can get a real-time view of cash flow, create and send invoices to your customers, pay bills, bank reconciliation, payroll, track projects, accept payments, claim expenses, among other things. Xero connects with over 5000 banks globally.

The native integration between HubSpot and Xero only allows contact sharing and syncing. That's something like taking a drop of water from a large pool. A tool that is so advanced must be utilized for more than contact sharing. Custom integration is the way to do it.

A few months back, Computer did a HubSpot and Xero custom integration project where the client wanted to do more with Xero in HubSpot. We synced the invoices between the two software and allowed the HubSpot website owner to receive payments through the secured portal of Xero. Invoices were generated in Xero and mapped in HubSpot as a deal. The payment options are given along with the invoices.

After the payments are done, and all the fields while making the payment are filled, the contacts and companies in HubSpot are updated.

RazorPay

More than 50,00,000+ businesses are using Razorpay, including Zoho. Both Zoho and Razorpay are of Indian origin. Razorpay was launched in 2014, but it recently got into the limelight because of the digitization of payment systems in India and the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you want to join the list of RazorPay users and you have a HubSpot website, you can take the help of the connectors. Integrated and Syncspider are two connectors that can integrate Razorpay with your HubSpot website. Like in all integrations done through connectors, here as well, you choose what happens in one software when a target is hit, or a goal is achieved in the other.

For example:

An invoice in Razorpay is a deal in HubSpot

When a deal is created in HubSpot – apply condition and then create a customer in Razorpay and subscription in Razorpay, whichever you like.

There are 20+ such workflows you can create and apply while integrating Razorpay with HubSpot according to your business processes.
